These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SmallBizOS, including the course, templates, and web application located at www.smallbizos.com and app.smallbizos.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by ROCKNEE LLC dba SmallBizOS ("we," "us," "our").
By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One account per person — accounts may not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the Settings page in the application or by emailing [email protected].
Access to SmallBizOS is a one-time purchase for lifetime access at the price displayed at checkout. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
All course content, templates, frameworks, and materials ("Content") are the intellectual property of ROCKNEE LLC. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Content for your own business.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, publish, or create derivative works from the Content. You may not use the Content to create a competing product or service. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; scrape, copy, or extract Content through automated means; reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code of the application; use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the Service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
If you have a dispute regarding the Service, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve it informally. If we are unable to resolve the dispute, you agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Nevada.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
We may update the Content, features, and these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
